Sean is a highly trained chef who runs all of our back kitchen operations. If you like something you’ve had, it’s because of his execution. Ellis runs the epicenter of the business, our Deli. His work ethic and attention to detail allows Rosa Farm’s to make people happy through the consistent quality of our food. Ellis is an avid Red Sox fan, who likes to point out daily that all of their best players are Dominican.
